Critical Thought Analysis (CTA)
Critical Thought Analysis is a term I coined after years of intensive work with my own mind and the greater human thought-process; CTA is for anyone and everyone—it is not psychotherapy nor a form of "treatment," but rather a method of personal thought development suited for anyone wishing to inspect their thoughts and progress their way of thinking.
CTA is a method that combines intensive focus with objective listening and philosophical problem-solving principles. Simply stated, it is a method of listening in which words and thought-patterns are identified and examined for individual meaning. This practice enables me to recognize the qualifiers, conditional statements, relationships, and subjective terms contained within a client's thoughts. By isolating and inspecting independent clauses, by defining unclear terms and identifying foundational relationships, I can effectively help each client work towards a state of empowered clarity.
CTA is about fostering and reinforcing effective independent thought. It is about giving each client a safe environment where they can work with their own minds free from judgement. It's about offering each client the time, support, and attention necessary to develop and strengthen their own thought-process.
